Laptops in the Library

1. List of questions to be answered prior to, and during, the implementation process. Sample questions or issues that have already been expressed are: software to be installed, checkout/checkin procedures, tech support, loan rules, overdue and billing amounts, printing, implications for current library workstation configuration, department responsible for replacement costs, etc.

2. List of sources of answers to those questions.

3. Recommendations to all staff for those issues within the library's sphere of control.

4. Next steps and time frame for resolution.
